Your use of Finovi does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, or professional services relationship between you and Finovi. Finovi has no duty to act in your best interest in any specific transaction, and the platform should not be used as the sole basis for any investment decision.

Finovi uses third-party data sources including Yahoo Finance and other market data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed.

Market prices may be delayed. Historical data may contain errors. Portfolio calculations are approximations and should not be relied upon for tax filing or official reporting purposes.

Finovi uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate morning briefings, portfolio analysis, and chat responses. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or misinterpretations of market data.

AI-generated content is provided “as is” for educational purposes only. Do not make financial decisions based solely on AI-generated analysis.

Past performance does not guarantee or indicate future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up. You may receive back less than you originally invested.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. By using Finovi, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms, including the inherent risks of investing.

Your portfolio data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We do not sell, share, or distribute your portfolio data to third parties. Data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption.

When you use AI features, portfolio data is sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for analysis. This data is processed under Anthropic's data handling policies and is not used for model training.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, taxes, and refunds. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not store full payment instruments. Refunds are issued in line with Lemon Squeezy's standard refund policy.

Finovi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finovi and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.

Aggregate liability cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Finovi will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ten US dollars ($10).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Finovi will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo for unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Class-action waiver. You and Finovi agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple parties.

If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, that portion will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
